My Quarantine Diary — Day 10

I was supposed to watch a documentary and wrote down this diary last night. Then something unexpected happened. I suddenly had some severe bellyache shortly after my regular 6 o’clock exercise. I lied down a bit, it’s still there. So I thought if I eat some dinner, the pain would release, which helped in quite a few cases in the past. I had my dinner, quickly. Yet, it became even more severe. I had to lie down on my bed for a while. Not working.. My last resolution — drinking hot water.

Struggling to get up, and I boiled a kettle of water, drank it. Slight felt better, but when I went back to my bed, trying to sit down and surf some internet. The pain came back. After 2 hours, from 7pm to 9+pm, the pain was not relieved at all.

I didn’t remember I had stomachache for so long in my memory. Shall I call the hotel? but my swap test is scheduled a day later. I tried to google the reason of belly pain. Well, there are thousands of. I thought it was appendicitis, as it was supposed to be at the right side of my belly button. But my pain seemed to come from everywhere except the right side.

Most probably, it is my intestine. I told myself. So I decided to go to sleep at 9+pm, turn off the lights. Observe the next morning.

Now it is the next morning. The pain has be relieved more or less. Still not the best state, but I feel refreshed. Will keep observe.

What I want to say, is to say thanks. Appreciate the healthy times. Appreciate what you received in life. Also I am no longer young as a teenager, time to take care of yourself.
